संविधान दिवस
भा.कृ.अनु.प.- केंद्रीय उपोष्ण बागवानी संस्थान, लखनऊ में दिनांक 26 नवंबर 2019 को संविधान दिवस मनाया गया। इस अवसर पर, डॉ. नीलिमा गर्ग, प्रभारी निदेशक, भा.कृ.अनु.प.- कें.उ.बा.सं. ने सभी कर्मचारियों को भारत के संविधान को अपनाने के लिए शपथ दिलाई। वैज्ञानिको के एक दल ने लखनऊ जिले के काकोरी प्रखंड के कनार गांव के प्राथमिक और उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय एवं मलिहाबाद प्रखंड के हबीबपुर गांव का भ्रमण भी किया। इस मौके पर, संस्थान के वैज्ञानिकों द्वारा महिलाओं और छात्रों सहित ग्रामीणों को दिन-प्रतिदिन के जीवन में संविधान के महत्व के बारे में जागरूक और संवेदनशील बनाया गया। वैज्ञानिकों ने जानकारी दी कि संविधान केवल वकीलों का दस्तावेज नहीं है, यह जीवन का वाहन है। वैज्ञानिकों द्वारा छात्रों, शिक्षण कर्मचारियों एवं ग्रामीणों को संविधान की शपथ भी दिलाई गयी। इसके बाद वैज्ञानिकों ने संविधान के विभिन्न पहलुओं के बारे में भी बताया कि संविधान दिवस के दिन भारत ने वर्ष 1949 में अपना संविधान अपनाया था। संविधान 26 जनवरी 1950 को लागू हुआ था। कार्यक्रम में प्राथमिक विद्यालय और उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय, कनार गांव के लगभग 180 छात्रों के साथ शैक्षिक कर्मचारी वर्ग एवं हबीबपुर गांव के 70 से अधिक महिलाओं और पुरुषों ने भाग लिया। डॉ. नरेश बाबू, प्रधान वैज्ञानिक, श्री सुभाष चंद्र, वैज्ञानिक (एसजी) और डॉ. तरुण अदक, वैज्ञानिक ने भ्रमण कार्यक्रम का समन्वय किया।
ICAR- Central Institute for Subtropical Horticulture, Lucknow celebrated Constitution Day on November 26, 2019. On this occasion, Dr. Neelima Garg, Director Incharge, ICAR-CISH administered the oath to all employees for commemorate the adoption of Constitution of India. A team of Scientists also visited Primary and Upper Primary School of Kanar village of Malihabad and Habibpur village of Kakori blocks in Lucknow district. On this juncture, students and villagers including women were made aware and sensitized about the importance of constitution in day to day life by the scientists of institute. Scientists briefed that constitution is not mere documents of lawyers it is a vehicle of life. Scientists of ICAR- CISH administered the oath of Constitution to the students and teaching staffs and villagers. Afterwards scientists also explained the various aspects of Constitution and informed that Constitution Day marks the day when India had adopted its constitution in the year 1949. The constitution came into force on January 26, 1950. About 180 students along with teaching staff of Primary School and Upper Primary School, Kanar and more than 70 women and men of Habibpur village participated in the event. Dr. Naresh Babu, Principal Scientist, Dr. Subhash Chandra, Scientist (SG) and Dr. Tarun Adak, Scientist coordinated the programmes.
